The European Gas Technology Conference 2022 (EGATEC 2022) brings together high-level representatives from the European gas industry, universities, companies, and many other stakeholders an provide a platform to exchange knowledge and experience on the challenges and opportunities the energy transition and decarbonization efforts delivers for the gas industry. The EGATEC 2022 will consider and discuss new strategies and innovative ideas to facilitate the gas industry’s contribution to net-zero goals and upscaling state-of-the art technologies including new gases and power-to-gas.

Organized under the auspices of MARCOGAZ and GERG, the conference is scheduled to take place on 14-15 June 2022 in Hamburg. The conference is hosted by the German Technical and Scientific Association for Gas and Water (DVGW) and is supported by the European Research Institute for Gas and Energy Innovation (ERIG).
